General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Scope of application These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded between the Moanimo store and its customers, whether the latter are consumers or professionals.

Article 2 – Orders Orders can be placed on the Moanimo store website or by telephone. The Moanimo store reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with its sales policy.

Article 3 – Prices and Payment The prices indicated on the Moanimo store website are in euros and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are additional and indicated before the order is confirmed. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted by the Moanimo store.

Article 4 – Delivery The Moanimo store undertakes to deliver the products within the timeframes indicated on the website, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 5 – Returns and Refunds The customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. The Moanimo store will then refund the amount of the returned products, excluding delivery costs.

Article 6 – Guarantees The Moanimo store guarantees the products sold against any lack of conformity or hidden defect in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property All elements of the Moanimo store website, whether visual or audio, are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization from the Moanimo store.

Article 8 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale Placing an order on the Moanimo store website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
